Our distribution and administrative offices are closed on weekends and holidays. All shipping time references are in terms of business days. As an example orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be released to our distribution center on the next business day. Orders placed during business hours after 2:00 pm eastern standard time will be considered as an order placed on the next day. Weekends and Holidays do not count as part of the estimated time of delivery described below.

Once your payment has been confirmed your order is released to one of our distribution centers. It will be shipped to you by the end of the next business day. If there is a problem with your order it will not be released to the warehouse until the issue is resolved and only then does the delivery process begin as described here. Normal delivery to your shipping address will take an additional 2 to 5 business days. When your order has been shipped we will email you tracking information that will enable you to track the progress of your order at the selected carrier's website which will either be DHL, Federal Express, United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS). If you receive multiple tracking numbers this will indicate that your order will be fulfilled from multiple distribution centers. Please be aware that your entire shipment may arrive on different days depending on the geographical location of each distribution center and that you can track them as indicated above.

Shipping is free for all orders destined for the contiguous United States. We do not ship to any other destinations at this time. Free shipping does not offer us the opportunity to provide you expedited shipping.
